In the past, Scherchen's approach to Mozart has been highly valued (and, as I understand it, Scherchen's Mozart
recordings in particular can be difficult to come by...)



So - while I've only had this LP for about a day now, I've wasted no time in getting it in shape for uploading ... but
from what I hear so far, Scherchen is more than living up to his reputation in these recordings as a Mozart conductor
par exellence.



 

LP transfer of material issued c.mid-1950s (Ducretet-Thomson).
